How to make a booking

Click on the live BOOK NOW button to check availability and rates, and scroll down the page to see SPECIAL OFFERS. Book and pay online using Mastercard or Visa. Online bookings must be paid in full in Australian dollars at the time of booking.
Complete the email BOOKING ENQUIRY form below and SEND. Choosing the email enquiry allows you to split payments into a 50% deposit to secure the booking, and the remainder paid on or before arrival. Please note that email booking enquiries are subject to the selected dates remaining available on the online booking system until your booking is confirmed.

Minimum advance booking 2 nights.
Deposits are not refundable for cancellations made less than four weeks before the scheduled arrival date unless another booking can be found for the same dates. A 30% penalty fee applies to all cancellations. All payments and refunds are in Australian dollars.
Children are welcome and all ages are included in the booking system guest numbers. The eco retreat does not have high chairs or special furniture for young children or babies. All children must be supervised by an adult.
The eco retreat is a protected home for many Australian native animals and birds; some pets may visit with you by negotiation, but no dogs or cats please.
No smoking inside the buildings; smokers may use the outdoor verandas.
Venus Bay Eco Retreat is a hosted, wildlife conservation venue where privacy is valued for wildlife as well as for guests. Please let your host know if you wish to receive day visitors during your stay.
